Ingredients
- 1/2 sachet Bamboe seasoning stews
- 50 ounces red and green peppers, cut into matchsticks
- 250 gr chicken breast, diced
- 30 gr onion, roughly chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 4 pack dry noodles
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp Chili sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp flavoring
- 1 liter water
- 3 tbsp cooking oil for sauteing
- 2 tbsp fried onions as a topping
Cooking Steps
- Boil chicken and noodle until cooked separately, then remove and drain. Leave remaining 50 ml broth for sauce.
- Heat 3 tablespoons cooking oil. Saute garlic, onion, spices Bamboe stews, red and green peppers and chicken until cooked. Add bouillon.
- Put in noodles that have been boiled. Add other ingredients and cook until all pervasive.
- Remove and scatter with fried onions.
